Orange County Sheriff’s Office Adds New Helo to Fleet

Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings slipped on a pair of headphones, buckled into the backseat of the shiny new helicopter and waited as a pilot went through his pre-flight checks. The pilot — one of nine working full time to help deputies patrol and search Orange County streets — shut Demings' door, strapped himself in and started the engine.
