Arizona-based Able Aerospace Services has more than 10,000 approved, out-of-scope and proprietary repairs for both fixed-wing and rotorcraft fleets. This includes Airbus Helicopters, Sikorsky, Bell Helicopters and Leonardo, and now, Agusta Bell. Able has added Agusta Bell 412 component repairs and overhauls to its extensive list of capabilities, according to a company news release.

The AB412 has been license-built in Italy by Agusta (which has merged to form AgustaWestland, now Leonardo). It performs civil and military utility transport missions in the country.

A Textron subsidiary, Able already supports Bell 412 component repairs across the globe. With this new addition, the company can perform services to the Agusta Bell edition, largely located in Europe and South America. Able can service 412 transmissions, main rotor hubs, elastomerics, hydraulics, and complete Level I and II bearings inspections and repairs, among other items.
