The FAA is banning all helicopter flights that operate with doors off across the U.S. in response to the fatal tourist helicopter crash earlier this month. The agency said such flights that offer passenger restraints that can be released quickly would be permitted. It is reviewing its regulations for its rules regarding these flights.
