Kopter will display its SH09 muli-mission helicopter in an advanced public safety configuration for next week's Airborne Public Safety Conference from July 9 to 11 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Metro Aviation developed the configuration for the SH09, which will be fitted and equipped with surveillance and illumination capability in the Trakka Systems A800 searchlight, a TC-300 four-axis gyro-stabilized multispectral imaging system and a TM-100 3-D augmented reality mapping and recording system. This equipment allows for extended surveillances, pursuits and air-to-ground operations support over crime scenes, Kopter said.

The SH09 is a multi-role helicopter with certification targeted for first quarter 2019.
