Airbus Helicopters will highlight its emergency medical services (EMS) offerings at Helitech in Amsterdam. According to a company press release, Airbus leads the segment with 60% of the in-service fleet.
On display will be an EMS-configured H145 currently in operation with The Royal Dutch Touring Club (ANWD). There will also be an H175 in an offshore-oil-and-gas configuration operated by Heli-Holland.
Airbus plans to present an update on its Skywise cloud-based open data platform. The system stores data from airlines, helicopter operators, manufacturers and suppliers to provide actionable intelligence on maintenance.
Also on display will be its Racer demonstrator, developed for the European Clean Sky 2 program. Attendees will be able to experience the interactive Racer virtual platform.
